How do you think AI and automation will impact your company’s financial operations and reporting processes in next three to five years?
Rudresh Tiwari
Well, I think AI has huge potential to leverage transformation in the area of financial operation as well as reporting. Today we have a large activities processes which we have done manually and AI as it is come up it is having huge potential like give a command, it can write essay, letter and whatever you want to do. Similarly, we can use the same in the operation as well as report.

What financial metrics or KPI’s have seen the most improvement due to AI and automation implementations?

It is an early stage, but I can say that, you know, in terms of content writing, mission sharing as well as certain report automation have made a great comeback here.

Can you share an example of a successful AI or automation project that significantly improved financial operations?
Rudresh Tiwari
We are leveraging AI for solving our reporting requirement as a big project that we did in audition platform. All our reports for B2B somewhat around 50 or so reports that we have been using the manual way to do which we have transformed using AI, significant intermission reporting and API.
